The KPIA is Kentucky’s Professional Investigators Association. We promote a standard of excellence among individual investigators, work to enhance public confidence in the profession, provide training and promote the highest professional ethics of the investigative profession.

2012 MEETINGS
The January 14th meeting will include election of officers. The April 14th, July 14th, and October 13th meetings may also provide speakers and CE hours. All meetings will be held at the Elizabethtown Police Department at 10:00 am. Coffee and donuts will be provided. More information will be posted here as it comes available.
The following positions will be on the ballot for the January meeting and election: President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer. Also, a three-year and a one-year board member positions will be available. MAY SEMINAR
Plans are in the works for a 2- or 3-day seminar in May. Some topics include courtroom documentation and writing, preparing a curriculum vitae, and testifying. A mock trial may also be presented. More details will be posted here as they become available.
ASSOCIATIONS ONE SEMINARS
Illinois is hosting the 2012 seminar and KPIA will host the 2013 seminar. Ron Marshall is chairman of the planning committee and everyone is welcome and encouraged to participate in the planning. The 2012 membership renewal campaign will soon begin. Just as your renewal helps KPIA to prosper as Kentucky’s most prominent investigator organization, new memberships help KPIA to grow. You can now use your credit card to renew.

Annual memberships are $100 (regular), $60 (associate), and $40 (student). And a $15 non-refundable processing fee must accompany all applications.
